Directions: From I-8, east of San Diego, take exit 47, Sunrise Highway north for approximately 12 miles, 2 miles north of the Laguna Lodge. Entrance to campground will be on your left. From the north, take highway 79 south for about 6 miles  from Julian and bear left on Sunrise Highway for about 12 miles and look for entrance on your right.  Follow road for about 1/4 mile and take the first left.

Remarks:  This is a tent-only campground.   RV reservations can be made at Pinezanita RV Park, (760)765-04294446 Hwy 79 near Julian. Campground elevation is about 6600′.  Days can be quite warm, nights very pleasant. There is a small store at the Laguna Lodge about 2 miles south of the campground.  the nearest gas is in Pine Valley off I-8, or in Julian.  Facilities: Picnic tables, running water and pit toilets.
